Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item in your order, including weekends and public holidays.

How to request a return or cancellation

For unfulfilled orders, you can cancel directly. For fulfilled orders, you can request a return by logging into your customer account: https://shopify.com/103057359112/account

If you placed your order using only a phone number (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost from your original order.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products.
